1. What is your shipping time?
All orders placed before 1pm PST, Monday-Friday ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST, ship out the next business day.

2. I made a mistake on my order!
If you made and error in your order, please email us at info@stylesapphire.com. We process orders immediately so if you let us know early enough, we will do our very best to change your order.
3. What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, item(s) must be unworn, with tags attached and without any marks or signs of wear.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Once we receive your returned item(s), your return will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card.
SALE/Discounted items are refunded via store credit. Items that are marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
